On about the 11th one down there is a custom charm option, where you can get your photo on it AND your customized message or name on the charm. Your photo will go on one side of the charm & your custom message or name will go on the other side of the charm. We will have that one labelled as your custom message & photo. And you can get up to 16 letters on your custom message.
 
All the other charms are for your custom photo on one side of your charm & on the other side of the rest of the charms are little love words & messages, theres a few that say family members on them, they say "Mom", and "Sister", and "Best Friend", "Forever Friends", and "Love", and one that says.."I Love You To The Moon And Back"..thats one of my favorite ones. And theres alot of them that are very cute & that are for your pets, and they have little paw prints on one side of the charm & of course on the other side of the charm would be your picture of your pet. Theres at least 2 options that are 14k gold plated on the outside of the charm & real 925 silver under the 14k gold plating. These are some very high-quality and well made pieces of jewelry..you can even get it wet, and the picture doesn't get harmed at all. And one of the gold ones says.."Best Mom" on one side, and the other gold charm has little cz simulated diamonds on one side the heart charm, that sparkle & glitter in the light, just like real diamonds do, and they ALL have custom photos on the other side of the charms. It will show you all this in each of the product pictures, when you select each option. Some people like the charms with the message already on the charm & some people prefer to write their own custom message. Just make sure you pick the correct option if you want you own custom message. That option is actually very popular with our buyers, and the ones with the pet paws or pet messages are very popular. And there's a really great charm that is a heart locket, and you open it up and your custom photo is inside the heart locket. They are all great though. And theres 45 different choices! The way you should do this order is...email us at support@uniqueshopz.com with your photo you want on the charm & if your getting the charm that you can get a custom message on..then include your message in your email to us. Then on the same day after you email us with your photo & custom message..you need to pay for your order..and also leave your custom message that you want on your charm, in the Notes on the order page. If you do not send a photo, we will just send whichever charm you chose, without a photo on it. But if you chose the custom photo & custom message, and you don't send either to us..within 24 hours of making your order, we will just cancel your order. But first we will email you to remind you to send your photo & message. After you send your photo and make & pay for your order..you have up to 24 hours to make any changes to your custom charm. Please try and make sure you spell everything correctly. Custom products are not normally eligible for a return/refund unless we make a mistake on your charm. If that happens we will remake and resend or give a refund. But we have very good jewelry craftsmen, and they haven't made a mistake yet.
 
It is Free to Engrave Name/Message and Customize Photo.
Method:
Please email your Photo and leave message to us in your order & email.(no more than 16 letters on the one side of the charm. If you do not wish to have a photo on your charm, then you can choose the charm option with the custom message on it, and just send us your custom messages for both sides of the charm! No more than 16 letters on each side of the charm. But make sure you make it very clear thats what you want to do.
If there is no note, we will only send the charm without any photo.
