Custom orders are not usually eligible for a refund, unless we make a mistake on the name or design. So please make sure you spell the names correctly, & choose the correct birthstones, please write the month of the birthstones you want. If we make a mistake on it, we will remake and resend a new one. We will pay for the shipping. You can return it for free to a local address in the US or whatever country you're in. We use warehouses all over the world in 7 different countries. With some custom products you can just take photos of the mistakes, and email them to us. Just contact our customer service team within 15 days of delivery, and they will walk you thru the return/refund process, or let you know if your item qualifies to just take photos and keep the custom product with the errors. And we will give you a 40%-50% off coupon on your next order, for your trouble. If you make a mistake on the names or birthstones, the return shipping are born by the buyer. But return shipping to a local address, with jewelry is very very inexpensive, because jewelry is very light weight. And that's only if you make a mistake. If we make a mistake we pay for the shipping. But we use very good craftsmen, and they haven't made a mistake yet!

 

Processing Time: All payments are processed within 3 – 5 business days. And then it takes 1 – 3 days, after it's made, to ship your order to the warehouse, put your name and address on it and ship out. We also give a quality check to make sure its at 100% and ready to go.

 

Shipping Time:

Standard Shipping: 4 – 14 business days. This is a customized product that takes 3-7 days to make the engravings. And then once its made, it will normally ship anywhere in the US within 4-7 days, after payment is verified. After you pay for your order, you have up to 48 hours to make any changes or cancel.

 

You will receive an email confirmation once you place your order, with your order #, and then an email with the tracking number, once your order ships, and then a final email once your package has been delivered.
